This Sauvignon blanc presents a fabulous aroma of green lime and citrus laced with a hint of fennel and a mineral note of wet slate and fresh ocean spray. Flavors follow with a bright crisp approach and notes of grapefruit, green lime zest and citrus, a subtle undercurrant of stonefruit, and all combined with a vibrant minerality driven by the partial concrete fermentation.
