Fresh, dry and zesty in character with aromas of lime, lemon and green apple with a crisp and aromatic profile. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to seafood or enjoying as an apertif.
Pronounced aromas of almond blossoms, vanilla, and lemon zest flow seamlessly into a white wine of intense mouth feel. The limited oak exposure and concrete egg has given the citrus notes a creaminess, yielding tart lemon meringue and vanilla flavors while remaining balanced in acidity for a clean and lingering finish. Pair with Chicken Scallopini or other chicken dishes.
Eden Valley is famed for cooler climate grape production in the Barossa Valley, where Chardonnay and Riesling thrive. This wine is a elegant beautifully straw-colored Chardonnay only lightly kissed by oak, which is obvious on the nose, delivering restrained butter and vanilla and pineapple. The pallet brims with underripe tropical fruit, quince, cream, wet stone, all elongated by a refreshing acidity. This wine is a perfect pairing for Macadamia Crusted Mahi or Linguini with Clams. It is a wine that promises to develop for a few years under screw cap, and will one day show dried apricot, honey, and almonds.
This traditional Provencal Rose is made from Sangiovese fruit. This Rose is fresh and fragrant, with a delicate floral aroma supported by enticing flavors of under-ripe strawberry, watermelon, and lime zest. The brightly acidic but elegantly restrained finish makes this wine a perfect pairing for summer fare, such as a Niçoise salad.
Sticky is a unique wine made in the style of Sauternes. Made from botrytis affected late harvest Semillon grapes, this wine is honey in a glass. Pronounced aromatics of bruised apple and candied ginger are followed by the sweet but cleanly acidic palate of dried apricot, honey, and white pepper. The sweetness is not syrupy because Semillon provides sufficient acid to sweep away the effects of the higher residual sugar.
