Named after Angela’s mother, Lady Mary Downer - her nickname was Cuddles - it is a perennial best seller, and multi award winner. Cuddles is a brut (dry) blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made in the traditional Champagnoise way. The finish imparts subtle toasty character and lively effervescence. Crisp green apple acidity, under-ripe peach, amaretto cream, and subtle brioche. Like her namesake, it is good on any occasion.

Sticky is a unique wine made in the style of Sauternes. Made from botrytis affected late harvest Semillon grapes, this wine is honey in a glass. Pronounced aromatics of bruised apple and candied ginger are followed by the sweet but cleanly acidic palate of dried apricot, honey, and white pepper. The sweetness is not syrupy because Semillon provides sufficient acid to sweep  away the effects of the higher residual sugar.

Burnt umber, golden edges, great clarity and brightness in color. On the nose golden toffee, complex oak. The concentrated raisin sweetness fill and caresses the mouth with cigar box memories.
